indu beauty and The Norris Nuts Launch Co-Created 'Surf Sisters Bundle' with Teen Influencers

London-based indu beauty has launched its first creator collaboration, the 'Surf Sisters Bundle', with global teen influencers The Norris Nuts, available from August 1, 2026. In a departure from typical influencer partnerships, indu beauty handed creative control to the Norris sisters, who named the bundle, selected its contents, and had 15-year-old Naz design the packaging, reflecting indu's founding philosophy of giving young people a genuine voice in product development.

The collaboration, months in the making across two hemispheres, inverts the traditional creator partnership model where brands typically build the product and influencers merely endorse it. For the 'Surf Sisters Bundle', the Norris Nuts - Sabre, Sockie, and Naz - were given full creative autonomy. They named the bundle, hand-picked its three products (Cleansing Pads, Universal Soft-Cream Moisturiser, and One & Only pH Glow Oil) from indu's existing range, and 15-year-old Naz designed the packaging. This approach directly addresses the creator economy's growing trust problem, where young audiences are increasingly cynical about inauthentic licensing deals. Sabre Norris commented, "It was amazing to actually pick the products we use and design the packaging ourselves. It feels like it's truly ours, not just our name on a box." Aaron Chatterley, CEO and co-founder of indu beauty, added, “At indu, we've always believed that our consumers deserve more than a brand made specifically for them and their skin - they deserve a seat at the table. indu was born from that philosophy: giving my own daughters a real voice to bring their vision to life. When the Norris Nuts first came to us, it felt like the most natural partnership imaginable. Justin doesn't just support his kids' ideas, he backs them. That shared belief in giving young people a genuine voice is what makes this collab so authentic, and our values so aligned.” The partnership, which reaches The Norris Nuts' combined audience of 20M+ followers and 31M+ monthly views across the US, UK, and Australia, serves as a commercial case study for handing over genuine control to creators. indu beauty plans a pipeline of similar co-created partnerships for 2027, signalling this as a strategic direction rather than a one-off. The Surf Sisters Bundle is priced at £50 and is available now exclusively at weareindu.com with worldwide shipping.

Trend context

This collaboration arrives as the influencer marketing industry undergoes a "Great Authenticity Reset," with consumers, particularly Gen Z, increasingly rejecting transactional endorsements in favour of genuine, co-created partnerships. Recent data from July 2026 highlights a widespread cynicism towards scripted influencer content, driving a demand for brands to treat creators as strategic partners with real input, rather than just media channels. indu beauty's model of handing creative control to The Norris Nuts directly responds to this shift, offering a blueprint for how brands can build genuine trust and engagement in an evolving creator economy.

About indu beauty

Why we exist

Teen skin is not the same as adult skin; it's still building its own defences. Yet the industry offers young people two options: products made for their mums, or products made for TikTok. indu exists because the co-founder's twin daughters, then 13, pointed out that nothing on any shelf was actually made for them. So a team that had spent twenty years selling every beauty brand in Europe built the one that was missing.

How we do it

We ask young people first, formulate second. A community of 1000+ aged 14–19 guides every decision: product, packaging, campaigns. Formulas are pH balanced, built around prebiotic and postbiotic ingredients (many with our unique Tri-biotic Complex) to support the skin's microbiome, not strip it. Our philosophy is 'less is more': the right basics, not excessive 10-step routines with unsuitable ingredients.

What we do

indu beauty encourages teens to establish healthy skin habits from the start, with a simple 3-step routine. Cleansers, moisturisers and SPF are the basics; paste, scrub, masks and tonics are boosters; a Colourless makeup range. All products are dermatologically tested (approved by Consultant Dermatologist, Dr Alexis Granite), non-comedogenic, vegan and cruelty free, priced £14-£55. Refill options are available for core products, with safe and suitable ranges catering to both under-15s and over-15s.

Why it matters

The enemy is the routine-industrial complex: twelve-year-olds using retinol because a 26-year-old on TikTok told them to, and an industry happy to sell harsh actives to skin that's still learning to defend itself, that's destroying young skin barriers everywhere. indu's answer is fewer products and gentler formulas powered by superior, simple, botanically-derived ingredients that keep the microbiome intact. Happy microbiome = strong barrier = calm skin.

Who it's for

A 14-year-old with exam-stress breakouts or dryness, scrolling a ten-step routine filmed by someone twice her age, wondering which acid to buy first. An 18-year-old who has succumbed to those TikToks 10 times over and has destroyed their skin barrier, looking for gentle, yet effective products. A 12-year-old who has hit puberty early and needs something easy to calm their breakouts. And the parent at the till who wants one brand they don't have to fact-check.

Proof points

Founders' previous company: sold to Sephora for £132m in 2021. 1000+ young people in the brand community. A creative board of industry heavyweight advisors, including Mazdack Rassi (MILK Makeup), Dr Alexis Granite (Consultant Dermatologist), Noella Gabriel (Elemis), Gail Bojarski (Benefit), and Nick Beighton (ASOS/Matches Fashion). 73% of young people say they want a product made specifically for them* (Mintel -  INSIGHT BEAUTY DISRUPTORS: TWEEN/ TEENAGER BRANDS report, April 2023).

Traction & credibility

Stocked in Sephora UK, Australia and NZ stores — the retailer the founders' last company was acquired by — plus direct at weareindu.com with worldwide shipping and international rollout under way. Partnerships with The BRIT School and the indu Teen Athlete Sponsorship Programme. First creator collaboration launched July 2026: the Surf Sisters Bundle with the Norris Nuts, whose family channels count a combined following of 20M+

The origin scar: a man who spent sixteen years selling 800 beauty brands to 1.3 million customers got told by his own twin daughters, on a family holiday, that not one of those brands was made for them. His unfair advantage is brutal in its simplicity — he co-founded Feelunique in 2005 and sold it to Sephora for £132m, so he knows what earns a Sephora shelf because he sold Sephora its way into Britain. The pivot: from selling everyone else's brands to building the one the industry forgot.

The shift

indu beauty and The Norris Nuts launch co-created 'Surf Sisters Bundle', handing product control to teen influencers.

The story

Creator collabs usually work one way: the brand builds the product, the famous name goes on the box. indu's first-ever collaboration - months in the making, across two hemispheres - inverted it. The Norris Nuts named the Surf Sisters Bundle, the three sisters hand-picked its contents from the existing range, and Naz, 15, designed the packaging. It's the company's founding philosophy becoming its commercial strategy: a brand born because the founder's daughters wanted a real voice now signs partners the same way - Justin Norris backs his kids' ideas, Aaron Chatterley built a company on his daughters'. Two families, one operating principle, and a stated pipeline of more to come in 2027. This is the direction of travel, not a one-off.

Why it matters

The creator economy has a trust problem - audiences can smell a licensing deal from orbit, and young audiences smell it fastest. A collaboration where the young people involved genuinely made the decisions is the counter-model, and whether it outsells the name-on-a-box version is a live commercial question the whole influencer-partnership industry has skin in.

Who does it impact

The Norris Nuts' audience - a combined following of 20M+ with 31M+ monthly views across the US, UK and Australia (company figures) - meets a UK skincare brand through people their own age who actually built the thing. indu gets its first proof that co-creation scales beyond its own community. And every brand manager planning a creator deal gets a case study in handing over actual control.
